If you're player displays an error message such as this, it means one of two things:

  1. Your account has expired and your access has been deactivated. This means you no longer have access to streaming or downloading episodes from Wondery+. 
  2. In rare cases, this could be an error on our end. Trying to download or play the same episode again may resolve the issue. If not, let us know the show and episode via the chat widget below and we'll investigate right away.

To check your account status:

  • Visit https://wondery.memberful.com and sign in
  • Tap the "Subcriptions" tab at the top
  • If you're account is listed as Inactive, you can either select "Renew Now" to reinstate your previous or "Change Plan" and select another plan (Annual vs. Monthly)
