If you have a Wondery+ account billed through the iOS App Store but your device does not seem to be recognizing your subscription when you open the app, you may need to restore your purchase on that device. Here's how:
- Open the Wondery app.
- Tap on the Settings gear icon in the top right corner of the home page of the Wondery app.
- Tap "My Account"
- Scroll down to "Plan", then tap "Restore Purchases."
This will make the Wondery app fetch your receipt from Apple and sync your account to the plan you purchased.
